AFTER RUNNING OVEN, VERY STRONG BURNING/PLASTIC ODOR IN GALLEY AREA. WHEN OVEN DOOR WAS OPENED ODOR INCREASED. NO PLASTIC OR OTHER MELTABLE ITEMS IN OVEN. IMMEDIATELY SHUT OVEN AND ALL OTHER GALLEY EQUIPMENT OFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN IAW AMM 25-31. (1683906) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
