HOLE H378 CRACKED AT THE FITTING LAYER OF FR 40 LOWER SHELL PANEL JUNCTION ON THE RH SIDE. THE CRACK EXTENDED FROM THE HOLE TO THE EDGE AT THE 11 O'CLOCK DIRECTION. REPAIRED PER ERA 635286-14AD REV ORIGINAL. (1694958) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
