HUNG START ON #1 ENGINE N2 38% GROUND CREW REPORTED SMOKE AND FIRE, QRH RAN FOR POSSIBLE TAIL PIPE FIRE AND ABORTED ENGINE START. REPLACED STARTER IAW AMM 80-11 AND REPLACED START VALVE IAW AMM 80-11 ALL CHECKS GOOD. (LP 8785556 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
