AIRCRAFT 1605, LT SIDE EXT EMERG LIGHT INOP LOCATED ABOVE ADP. T/S PER WDM 33-51-12 FOUND SHORT FROM PIN 12 TO GROUND. RECHECKED PIN 12 TO GROUND REF WDM 33-51-12, NO FAULTS. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY M738 IAW AMM 33-51 OPS CHECK NORMAL. (LP 9182006- AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
