AT CRUISE FL 330, THE AFT FA CALLED ABOUT A BURNING SMELL IN VERY BACK AFT GALLEY. NO ECAM OR VISIBLE SMOKE. WITHIN MINUTES SMELL WAS GONE. REPLACED AFT GALLEY A508 COFFEE MAKER UNIT IAW CMM 25-33-50. CHKD GOOD. (LP 8726038 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
