DURING INSPECTION OF THE LT WING, SLAT 2, FOUND A CRACK ON UPPER OTBD CORNER OF TELESCOPING DUCT MOUNTING PLATE. COMPLIED WITH AMDS W/C 2781-4002-LT SLAT NR 2. REMOVED & INSTALLED IAW C01612003-001. (LP 1832213; AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
