DURING SLIDE PACK INSPECTION, L2 & R2 SLIDES FAILED A LATCH RELEASE INSPECTION. REMOVED THE L2 & R2 AFT SLIDES IAW WORKCARD 2560-2653. INSTALLED THE DOOR SLIDES IAW WC 2560-2653. (9143166) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
