DAMAGE- AIRCRAFT RTB DUE LEFT WING STRUCK THE RIGHT ELEVATOR OF AIR CANADA AIRCRAFT, WHILE TAXIING. THE WINGLET SEVERED AND STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR OF THE OTHER AIRCRAFT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: WINGLET REPLACED. (LP# 8319112, 1852024, 1852021, 8319116, 8319118; AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
