OXYGEN PANEL LATCH BROKEN. OPENED DURING TAKEOFF. UPPER AND LOWER LATCHES ARE DAMAGED AND WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. THE PANEL APPEARS TO BE MISALIGNED, LEAVING THE MASKS EXPOSED. C/A: RESECURED O2 MASK BOX AND LATCH AS REQ. MASK DROP TEST GOOD. A/C OK FOR SVC. (LP: 1869892, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
