ABORTED THE TAKEOFF DUE TO THE LT RTOP INDICATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE ON THE TAKEOFF. AC WAS RETURNED TO MAINTENANCE HANGAR. CHIEF INSPECTOR TESTED THE RTOP SYSTEM ON THE GROUND. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM. AC WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
