What was found

ON APPROACH, FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND, LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND FUSE F23 IN FLAP CONTROL SYSTEM BLOWN. APPARENT CAUSE WAS MOISTURE CONTAMINATION OF FLAP CONTROLLER CONNECTOR. REPLACED FUSE F23, OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
