EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR FRAME CRACKED IN TWO SPOTS. REMOVED DOOR AND SENT FOR REPAIR. THREE POINTS OF DAMAGE WERE REPAIRED. INSTALLED REPAIRED DOOR WHEN RECEIVED. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
