DURING TAKEOFF PHASE, YOKE HIT MECHANICAL STOP BEFORE AIRPLANE PITCH DOWN OCCURRED. CREW TRIMMED TAIL PLANE ACTUATOR NOSE DOWN, WHICH CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
