DURING THE CLIMB TO FL280, CAPTAIN'S ALTIMETER LAGGED FIRST OFFICER'S ALTIMETER BY 500FT. FINDINGS WERE THAT ALTIMETER WAS OKAY. MUG BOGGER DEBRI WAS FOUND IN THE PITOT STATIC SYSTEM.
