SHORTLY AFTER T/O A SYS HYD QUANTITY WENT TO ZERO AND LOST PRESSURE. ATB BACK TO BWI. FOUND NBR 5 KRUEGER FLAP ACTUATOR HAD FAILED AND WAS LOSING FLUID, REPLACED SAME.
