ON TAXI OUT, LEFT MIX VALVE INDICATOR WAS SPORADIC IN AUTO, INOP IN MANUAL. LOUD SPARK AND SMELL FROM AIR CONDITION F/E PANEL. FOUND LT PACK TEMP CONTROLLER AT FAULT. REPLACED CONTROLLER, OP CKS OK.
