SMOKE REPORTED IN AFT CABIN BY F/A, CONFIRMED BY SECOND OFFICER. BOTH AFT LAV SMOKE DETECTORS ALARMED, DID SMOKE CLEARANCE CHECKLIST. REPLACED AFT LAV WATER HEATER, CHECKS NORMAL.
