SYS-A HYD QTY WENT TO 0 AND BOTH LOW PRESS LIGHTS CAME ON WITH EXTENSION OF FLAPS ON TAXI OUT. FOUND NUMBER 4 SLAT ACTUATOR LEAKING. REPLACED ACTUATOR.
