NR 3 ENG FAILED INITIALLY FELT SLIGHT SWERVE AND EPR DROPPED WHEN THE THROTTLE WAS ADVANCED. THE ENG CONTINUED TO SPOOL DOWN TO WINDMILLING. REPLACED P/D VALVE.
