AIRCRAFT LOST 'A SYSTEM HYDRAULICS WHILE TAXING TO THE GATE AFTER LANDING IN CVG. MTC FOUND THAT THE NUMBER 7 LEADING EDGE SLAT ACTUATOR HAD FAILED. REPLACED ACTUATOR AND BOTH HYDRAULIC PUMPS.
