AFTER TAKEOFF, EXPERIENCED EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE FROM FWD ENTRY DOOR. ACFT RTN TO BLK AT 1331. FOUND L1 DOOR LOWER HINGE FLAPPER SEAL OUT OF POSITION. CYCLE DOOR, SEAL POSITION NORMAL.
