COCKPIT HALON FIRE EXTINGUISHER FOUND EMPTY, SEAL WAS NOT BROKEN AND GREEN DISCHARGE BUTTON WAS INTACT ALONG WITH HEAT SHRINK ON PULL PIN. MECHANIC NOTICED CONTROL HEAD WAS LOOSE. REPLACED EXTINGUISHER.
