AT HMV, STRINGER 23L WAS FOUND CRACKED JUST FORWARD OF THE STA 540 FRAME. THE DAMAGED PORTION WAS REMOVED AND A SPLICE FABRICATED AND INSTALLED PER SRM 53-00-03 FIG 201.
