ON CLIMB-OUT, HEARD UNUSUAL RUMBLE AS AIRCRAFT ACCELERATED, RUMBLE INCREASED WITH SPEED. FOUND RIGHT LOWER STAB TO FUSELAGE FAIRING LEADING EDGE UNFAIRED WITH SUBSTRUCTURE CRACKED. REPLACED FAIRING PER MM 55-16-00.
