ON FINAL APPROACH, EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON, WILL NOT RESET. FOUND FLIGHT COMPARTMENT EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER PACK (L1) STUCK IN ON POSITION. REPLACED PACK OPERATION NORMAL.
