LT UPPER WING SKIN FOUND CRACKED OVER THE IWS 319.8 RIB JUST FWD OF THE REAR SPAR. THE CRACK IS APPROX 1.5 LONG AND RUNS DIAGONALLY THROUGH A RIB SHEAR CLIP ATTACH FASTENER.
