THUMP HEARD DURING DESCENT THROUGH 15,000 FT, FELT LIKE IT WAS UNDER COCKPIT LT SIDE. FOUND LT NOSE TIRE WITH BLOW OUT UNDER RETREAD CAUSING SEPARATION. REPLACED WHEEL ASSY.
