ONE OF THE SIX SPOKES ON THE LT NEGATIVE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE ON THE AFT PRESSURE BULKHEAD WAS FOUND CRACKED. THE REPAIR/ MODIFICATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED PER L-1011 S/B 093-53-249, REV 2.
