What was found
DURING LAYOVER INSPECTION OF EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTING SYSTEM, TRACK LIGHTS WENT OUT AFTER 2 MINUTES. NOTICED POWER SUPPLY\CHARGING ERRATICALLY FOR A MINUTE AND THEN STOPPED ALL TOGETHER. REPLACED POWER SUPPLY ASSY AND OPERATION CHECKS NORMAL.
