FLAP HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE FROM FLAP 15 DEGREE POSITION. FOUND KNOB INSTALLED TOO FAR DOWN ON FLAP SELECTOR HANDLE, ADJUSTED FLAP KNOB AND TIGHTEN SET SCREW IAW MM 24-53-01. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
