BRAKES WON'T KEEP THE ACFT STOPPED WITH POWER SET TO TAKEOFF SETTING. INSPECTED BRAKE ASSEMBLIES, FOUND NO DEFECTS. ALL CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME IAW MM 30-44-20.
