EMERG BRAKE: USED EMERGENCY BRAKE BECAUSE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILED BLOWING BOTH MAIN TIRES. PERFORMED REQUESTED ENGINE RUN AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAK FROM THE PRIORITY VALVE. REMOVED LEAKING PRIORITY VALVE. INSTALLED RECEIVED TESTED PRIORITY VALVE.
