OUTBOARD BREAKS FAIL CAS DURING PARKING AT THE RAMP WITH ENGINES RUNNING AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM ON AND NORMAL PRESSURE. REPLACED OB BRAKE SHUT OFF VALVE IAW CL350 AMM 32-43-25. OPERATIONAL TEST CARRIED OUT SERVICEABLE.
