ON APPROACH TO LANDING WHEN TRYING TO MOVE THE FLAP HANDLE FROM 2 TO FLAPS FULL THE FLAP HANDLE WOULD NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN FLAP 2. REMOVED FLAP HANDLE ASSY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED CONDITION FLAP HANDLE ASSY IAW AMM 27-50-15. PERFORMED OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW CE680A AMM 27-50-00. OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
