DEPARTED AIRPORT, AT 3000 FEET CLIMBING TO 5000 FT NOTED EXCESSIVE NOISE FROM MAIN DOOR. PRESSURE WAS ZERO & UPON DESCENT WAS OVER DESCENDING TO KEEP UP. UPON LANDING OUR LINEMAN MENTIONED THE CABLE VISIBLE AT MAIN CABIN DOOR/ WAS NOT THERE @ DEPARTURE REPLACED DOOR ACTUATOR ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 52-11-25
