IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF, NOTICED AIRCRAFT WAS NOT PRESSURIZING IN AUTO MODE. CLIMBED TO 5000' AND RAN MANUAL PRESSURIZATION QRH WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN PRESSURIZATION PANEL WITH A NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED UNIT, OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
