DURING THE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION PROCESS IT WAS FOUND AT THE STA 500B+10" BETWEEN STR 12L AND 13L LEVEL, THE SIDE BEAM AFT FACE WITH PUNCTURE. THE AFFECTED BEAM IS REPAIRED UNDER EO4412-9 INSTRUCTIONS AND APPROVED BY 8110-3.
