What was found
CYCLIC CONTROL BINDING LATERALLY IN FLIGHT. CORROSION BETWEEN AND AROUND AREA OF RIVETS AT CENTER OF GIMBAL. ALSO EXCESSIVE VIBRATION MAY HAVE CAUSED CYCLIC FATIGUE. REPLACE CRACKED ALLUMINUM WITH STRINGER STEEL GIMBAL.
