What was found
ON ANNUAL, FOUND THE ANTI-ICE POPPET SEAT MISSING. THE RETAINING SCREW HAD BACKED OUT. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE SCREW WAS STAKED AS IS REQUIRED.
