NEW PART WITH PILOT DIAMETER TOO SMALL, WOULD NO FIT DOWN OVER OUTER SHAFT TO REACH THREADS. TURBINE WAS BEING O/H WHEN DESCREPANCY WAS FOUND. PART WAS NEVER INSTALLED.
