What was found
AFTER TAKEOFF, DISCOVERED THAT THE NR 1 MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLY HAD DISCONNECTED FROM THE AXLE. THE AXLE NUT WAS STILL IN PLACE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A WHEEL BEARING FAILURE WAS PROBABLY THE CAUSE.
