BEARING FAILED, SB-62 PREVIOUSLY COMPLIED WITH, WHICH INSTALLED LARGE AREA WASHERS. THE WASHERS DID THEIR JOB AND PREVENTED THE BEARING FROM FALLING APART AND CAUSING LOSS OF THROTTLE CONTROL.
