FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A STRONG BURNING SMELL IN THE COCKPIT AFTER LANDING IN DEN. FOUND EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHT CHARGER IN FWD GALLEY POSITION M1132 SHORTED AND SMOKING. REPLACED CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK AND CHECKED OKAY.
