REMOVED CREASE BEAM IAW SRM 51-40-02. FABRICATED WEB. INSTALLED WEB AND CREASE BEAM IAW SRM 51-40-02 AT BS 1320 - 1350, RBL 60. THIS REPAIR IS A CATEGORY "A" MAJOR REPAIR.
