INSTALLED NEW REPAIR SPLICE PARTS FLOORBEAM UPPER TEE AT STA 345, LBL- 52, IAW SRM 53-00-51, FIG 201, CATEGORY "A", REPAIR NR 3. MAJOR REPAIR.
