WHEN ENTRY DOOR OPENED, GIRT BAR CAUGHT DOOR FRAME AND PULLED OUT EMERGENCY EXIT SLIDE PACK OUT OF UNIT. REMOVE DOOR SLIDE AND INSPECTED AND REINSTALLED PACK AMM 25-60-015-2. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
