DESCENDING THROUGH 13,000 FT, RIGHT HYD QTY AND RIGHT HYD SYS PRESSURE EICAS ILLUMINATED. COMPLIED WITH QRH. LANDED UNEVENTIFULLY. FOUND A LEAK FROM A BROKEN LINE ON THE RT INBD SPOILER ACTUATOR. INSTALLED A NEW UNION ON THE LINE IAW AMM 120-10-09-8-0.
