DOOR WAS ACCIDENTALLY ARMED, AND THEN OPENED FROM THE OUTSIDE AND THE SLIDE FELL OUT, BUT DID NOT DEPLOY. REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
