DURING PERFORM UT & OPEN HOLE HFEC INSPECTION OF LT WING UPPER SKIN COMMON TO FASTENERS 0-5, FOUND ONE CRACK AT 6 O'CLOCK ON HOLE NR 5. NR 5 HOLE AT LT WING UPPER SKIN RIB BAY 10 TRAILING EDGE WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 51-40-05-0G, 51-40-02-0G, 51-40-04-0G, REV 51, & EA G-5730-T0385221 P1, MAJOR REPAIR IAW GMM 6-2-100.
