MAIN DECK - THE TOP OF FLOOR PANEL 222AFF IS DAMAGED. FABRICATED NEW FLOOR PANEL 222AFF, RBL11-RBL33, BS 285-412 IAW DRAWING 141T5856-107, AND SR67-53-009. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR. INSTALLATION OF THIS PANEL WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED ON WO#91439 NR#142.
